[The process of choosing a hospital] 1 - Check whether they have a lot of surgical experience with body types similar to mine 2 - Whether the results are varied (breast pocket, nipple height, inframammary fold length, waist length) These are all different from person to person, so if the shapes are too similar, it could be a hospital that edits photos and posts them around 3 - Dissection location and size (the only thing you can decide yourself from a design standpoint) 4 - Dissection technique and hemostasis skill level (whether a drain is used, surgery time, etc.) 5 - Experience with the surgical method, incision site, implant, and surgery I want (Consider that surgical methods and implants change periodically, and even surgeons with 20 years of experience only started performing dual-plane surgery after the dual-plane method became popular) 6 - The director’s aesthetic sense (basically everyone’s breast pocket size is different, so the director first recommends a size; check whether they tend to recommend larger as the default or natural as the default, etc.) 7 - I think the only meaningful part of aftercare is scar injections Moisturizing care at home, wearing a support bra, resting, etc. are more important 8 - Don’t look at the personalities of the front desk, director, surgical nurses, etc. As long as the consultant is nice, that’s enough
First of all, I chose my hospital based on the conditions above I left out the other obvious things! For example, CCTV, Keller Funnel, hygiene, checking side-effect reviews, etc. I think the dissection location and size can never be changed after surgery and have a big effect on the shape. You can choose the same implant anywhere, but the reason results differ is because of those two factors...! It would be good if you have a preferred location and breast pocket size, right? But even so, if the director isn’t used to the method I prefer, of course they might try to do it that way and end up with a strange result, or they may operate according to their own style You need to do your research online and visit places in person!!
And I went back to work from day 4, and thinking about it now, I overdid it a bit haha Care is really important at that time, especially stretch mark care, which can be easy to neglect, not overusing your chest, wearing your compression/support garment properly, taking your medicine well, and eating well Weeks 1 to 2 are the hardest, so if you don’t tolerate hardship well, I recommend taking a full 2 weeks off for surgery. If you can take a hit, have perseverance, and are mentally strong, and you get lucky with no pain like I did, going to work from day 4 is totally possible~~!
At the 1-month mark, I started to be satisfied with the shape and also started scar care If you apply scar ointment morning and night, it definitely gets better! Don’t skip it because it’s annoying; it’s much more effective than the aftercare you go to the hospital for, so keep it by your bedside and do it twice every day haha Still, at that time, I would suddenly think at dawn, what if it doesn’t settle down and stays bulging... ? It was a period where I was almost going mentally unwell haha
At 4 months, I worried in the opposite way, thinking, isn’t it too small? This is the breast size from putting in 375 cc?? I don’t think anyone would think so? Let’s keep in mind that a C cup is smaller than you’d expect Still, since it is surgery, the volume is good. From now on, all that’s left is for them to sag!
Now at 5 months, they’ve sagged nicely. Honestly, because I wanted them to sag quickly, I went around without a sports bra or regular bra and just used nipple patches. Thanks to that, now when I don’t wear a bra, they sag and look like pretty, round breasts!
And I’m really reluctant to reveal the hospital name I absolutely won’t tell people who just ask casually Even if I tell them, I just get treated like a broker, so... If someone is actually about to have surgery and is really conflicted, or really doesn’t think I’m a broker, asks me various things, and tells me they’re planning to do it in such-and-such a way, I’ll tell them If someone asks like, “I’m so desperate What did you get? How much was it? How many cc? Hospital please” then from my perspective now, they just look like someone who asks blindly and then reports me as a broker
