<Before><Before><Before><Before><Day 3><Day 7><Day 10><Day 10><Day of Stitch Removal><Day 14>My nose became upturned because of a previous botched surgery. It wasn’t lifted because contracture developed; my nose was already upturned from the very first day of the initial surgery. It was the first time in my life that I had ever had such an upturned nose, so for over a year I went through so much emotional distress, and I even developed social avoidance. I went around to many hospitals for consultations, but most of them said surgery was not possible in my situation. After searching with difficulty, I found a doctor well known for reconstructive surgery, had a consultation, and made my decision. Somehow, I really feel like I was meant to find this hospital.. I had a new 5.5 mm silicone implant placed, and donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used together. The surgery took about 4 hours, and because the inside of my nose was in a very wounded state, they said it was a difficult surgery. On the day of the nose surgery, I had a little swelling, and usually swelling and bruising peak on days 2–3, but this time I had no swelling or bruising. I had heard that if you get surgery from a director who is good at it, there is almost no swelling or bruising.. I guess this was that thing I had only heard about, and I experienced a whole new world.
From the doctor to the nurses and the managers, everyone was united in worrying so much about my nose, and even on the day my stitches were removed, they said I really had to be careful,, On the day I went in for my 2-week follow-up, everyone was so happy they were practically jumping around. I was even moved by the hospital staff, who treated me sincerely as a patient, saying I had been through so much emotionally.. I’m so satisfied with my nose now.. I can go outside again without a mask.. From the director’s sense in truly understanding what the patient wants to his incredible skill, he really has golden hands.. I’m writing this review, paid for with my own money, hoping it will be helpful to people who are struggling because of their nose like I did, and to those who have decided to get rhinoplasty.
