I’m writing this in detail in hopes it helps everyone considering facial contouring when doing online research and visiting clinics.
1. Batang ㅂㅌ The review photos here weren’t really my style, but the event price listed on a plastic surgery app was cheap, so I went just to hear several doctors’ opinions and to consider it if the price advantage was strong. But the director’s style didn’t really match me. He was a bit indifferent. He said my nerve was low, so we had to choose and focus between the front and side views, and since the side wasn’t that large, we should focus on the front and anterior chin. The side view stresses me out too, so I didn’t like that plan. (And later, after visiting more clinics, I wondered whether cortical bone reduction, which gives a front-view effect, is that related to the nerve line? Sorry if I just don’t know well.) He just brushed off my cautious opinion. Maybe people who like trusting and following a very firm doctor would like him? I didn’t really. On top of that, the price was the mo~~st expensive. I thought I definitely wouldn’t do it here. (Did I write too honestly? The clinic won’t contact me, right;; But this is really based on my personal standards!!! Still, it’s a fairly famous place, so if you like the review photos, it might be okay to go for a consultation.)
2. Bondi first consultation ㅂㄷ The director said my nerve line is so low that it might be better to buy a luxury bag with the money for facial contouring instead, and told me to think it over again.. He covered it slightly with his hand and said the difference would only be about this much, but I thought if it could be reduced even that much, it would be better than now, so it didn’t hit me too hard. (Inside I was like, but I still want to do it.. like that.) I want a slim face more than a bag Anyway, he told me to think about it and, if I was going to do it, come back for another consultation. He showed me the design on the CT photos, and I thought he seemed kind of perfectionistic. I wondered if this is what people mean by a doctor with good aesthetic sense. And the price was the cheapest among the clinics I visited, which was nice. (I’m a student without money.) But it’s sedation anesthesia, so I’m a bit scared. Even recently I kept looking up whether sedation anesthesia would be okay쿠
3. Soda ㅅㄷ The director was soft-spoken and gentle. He seems to pursue a very natural look and clearly dislikes an overly V-shaped, pointy “dog jaw” look. I also dislike that look and like natural lines, so this is a place whose reviews I had watched for a long time. But I was a bit worried about how much effect there would be. The cheekbones showed a big difference, but I’m not doing cheekbones.. What the director first mentioned was mini V? He said we should do almost only the anterior chin. But when I said I was also concerned about my square jaw, he said then it would be possible to shave a little up to the square jaw area. The price was similar to the clinics I had seen so far. Since it’s a place whose reviews I had looked at for years from when I first started thinking about facial contouring, I thought it probably wouldn’t go terribly wrong if I did it here, but I was worried: what if it’s natural but too natural?
4. Made Young second consultation After Bondi strongly advised against it, I became curious about the plan from the Made Young director, who was the only one who hadn’t mentioned the nerve line. Actually, I went to take back my 50,000 won deposit, but the consultant said I should try another consultation, so I asked. On the chart paper? the doctor wrote during the first consultation, it was marked as low, and the doctor said something like it is low, but not a big problem. But then he said something like, your concern is the anterior chin, right? and I thought, huh? I said I was also concerned about the square jaw, so maybe there was a communication issue. I mentioned the square jaw again, and his reaction was like, hmm~ okay okay.
5. Bondi second consultation He asked me to show photos of my desired face shape, so I showed them and talked about what I wanted. The doctor said I seemed like I’d have no lingering regret only if I had surgery, so let’s try surgery. I thought so much about whether to go with Bondi, which seemed to take the issue of my low nerve line seriously and operate delicately, or whether the confident Made Young would be better.
Conclusion~~ I’m having surgery tomorrow ㄷㄱㄷㄱ I wasn’t thinking much about it, but now that it’s right before, I’m getting really nervous and worried againㄷㄷ I’ll try to finish surgery very safely and beautifully, and bring a surgery review too!!
