Breast Surgery Reviews

If you exercise after surgery, do your breasts get smaller too..?

Before <before surgery> After <7 weeks> After <now> After <now> After <now> After <now> I really think subtle changes in shape or feel are something you can’t notice unless it’s your own body. People recovering after breast surgery will probably relate? Before surgery and now are definitely different, but the visible difference between week 7 and now in photos is that the upper fullness has settled a bit?

Still, since there are changes only I can feel, spending each month is kind of fun. But definitely, after 3 months passed, I got used to the breasts feeling heavier, and it feels like I’m slowly adapting to them as my housemates lol

Oh, and there’s something I became curious about after surgery. I thought people here who’ve actually had it done would be more accurate than the hospital, so if anyone has exercised after surgery, please give me some advice..

When I last visited the hospital at 3 months after breast surgery, as a New Year’s resolution, I got permission from the director and started going to the gym, partly to diet.

But as I’m losing weight, the feeling that my breasts have gotten smaller is just in my head, right??? I’ve heard that if you diet, the implants stay the same but your natural breast fat can decrease. Has anyone had their breast size get smaller while exercising after surgery?? My bra size is the same, but I’ve adapted and gotten used to them, so I can’t tell whether it’s just in my head or whether they’re actually getting smaller;;

I’m still cautious about putting strain on them, so I’m intentionally eating a bit less and keeping the intensity a bit low. Would it be okay to follow a proper diet and raise the intensity a little?

At around 4 months, by my standards, I think I’ve had enough recovery time. If there are people who exercise after surgery, please tell me how it was.
