It’s day 13 after my first rhinoplasty. On days 7 to 8, I laughed really loudly about 10 times. It started to feel a little tight, and then suddenly the columella turned a bit red, I thought it would get better with time, but it has stayed the same. But on day 13, the tip of my nose suddenly felt really tight and heavy, like it was anesthetized, and the alar cartilage area at the tip of the nose looked slightly protruded and whitish, and the columella is still red. How does it look in the photo? Right now only the tip of my nose feels really tight, and when I move my mouth left and right, the middle of my nose feels like it was locally anesthetized, and it keeps feeling like it is being pulled downward. I’m so worried that the cartilage might pop out, or that the silicone keeps pushing the tip of my nose until it eventually comes out.
