Natural adhesion double eyelid + upper epicanthoplasty, day 1!!

My day-1 surgery review!! I had surgery around 9 p.m., so it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet haha They said the line would be a thin in-out to inline-type line, but there’s still some swelling, so it’s hard to judge what the line looks like yet. So I’m going to leave a review mainly about the consultation + surgery There were 3 hospitals I liked as candidates in total. One seemed to pursue a more flashy style, and another seemed to pursue a more natural style, but I chose this place because I thought it was natural, yet if I asked for it to be slightly more flashy, they could make it naturally glamorous too. I debated a lot among the 3 hospitals. The director did seem very tired (that doesn’t mean they were unkind or rushed through the consultation; they held the line for me many times and consulted carefully, but since it’s a hospital that also does night surgeries, it did bother me a bit that they looked very exhausted). Still, the reviews were good, and more than anything, I chose it because they tried the hardest to match my needs + had a long AS period (natural adhesion comes undone easily) and good aftercare I scheduled surgery for almost 6 days later (it’s now been 1 week since the consultation.. lol), so the surgery day came really quickly. During the consultation with the director, we redesigned and marked it again, but the line the director held for me was very thin (my eyebrows and eyes are close together, so it’s not that I disliked a thin line). I asked if the outer part could look a little more opened. Then they said the line would have to be raised a bit... (I had to make the line as thin as possible), and they raised it just very slightly while making the outer part look more open, and I really liked the line so much Even though I went into the operating room feeling good, I still got extremely nervous But the nurses there were really kind and talked to me a lot, so I think I was able to reduce my nerves a lot during surgery. When I closed and opened my eyes, the surgery was over, but because of the anesthesia I couldn’t get my head straight. They told me to keep my eyes open because the swelling goes down if I keep them open, and they even told me to walk..! so it was really hard lol Anyway, maybe I’m weak with medication, but I only came to my senses much later, somehow got home, slept with my pillow raised, and when I woke up the swelling already looked a little better than yesterday (when I had nose surgery before, the swelling went down so fast that the doctor was surprised too, though since it’s the eyes, I think it’ll be a bit slower)  I’m going to try recording it every day starting today! I think it’ll help to see how the recovery is going and what the swelling is like.. With my nose surgery, because of the splint there wasn’t much point in leaving updates, and after removing it at 1 week, even the minor swelling was almost zero, so it’s a shame I don’t have any progress records
