I’m in week 4 after having non-implant functional rhinoplasty in Seomyeon, Busan. Rhinitis surgery + cosmetic surgery (hump nose, white nose, bulbous nose correction, nasal tip - septal cartilage + ear cartilage) Anesthesia started with 2-3 minutes of sleep sedation + local anesthesia, and honestly, it didn’t hurt at all. My eyes and ears didn’t hurt either, and I’m very satisfied with the surgical results. It hasn’t been a full month yet, so there’s still swelling and sensation hasn’t fully returned, but I hope it stays like this At first it was slightly overcorrected, like an upturned nose, but as soon as the splint was removed, the nasal tip came down, and now it looks natural and I like it. I’m just hoping it doesn’t drop any further.
