I had small, monolid eyes, so I made double eyelids every day for 7 years. It was so limiting and annoying, so 10 years ago I had a consultation at a place that was famous at the time and booked right away. Back then, I didn't really know about things like double-eyelid lines, and the doctor recommended an outline crease, so I just went with that. But it turned out pretty well, so I gained a lot of confidence and had fun doing makeup. I wasn't as satisfied with my nose as my eyes, but I'm grateful just that there were no side effects.. Maybe because the inner corners weren't fixed, the front part was just open, and the line started from the middle. Both sides were uneven.. lol But because of that, it really didn't look obvious that I had surgery, and it looked natural.
But as a lot of time passed and aging started, the natural adhesion came undone and my eyelids drooped too, so if I don't wear lenses or mascara, my eyes feel a bit saggy The photo is my eyes almost 9-10 years after surgery lol. I was still somehow getting by with makeup, but literally overnight one side completely came undone, so I recently had revision surgery and am waiting it out... I just hope it turns out like before
