I straightened the crooked part with septal cartilage and only had the nasal tip done naturally with septal cartilage, but my nose seems to have become a little crooked again. I’m thinking about revision surgery because I want alar reduction and to make it a little higher. In that case, during revision surgery, would they remove my septal cartilage and use silicone, or if I also do functional nose surgery during the revision, would private medical insurance cover it..? And does revision surgery cost more, as expected?!
