[Long nose, arrow nose] 1-month review of revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage and fat graftingㅠ…

After <after surgery> Before <side profile before surgery> After <after surgery> After <from below after surgery> <This is the front view> It’s been 1 month since my revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage + full-face fat grafting There’s almost no swelling, to the point that people might not even know I had plastic surgery, so I’m comfortably going about daily life Before surgery, because of my long nose and arrow nose that almost seemed to touch my philtrum, even when I took photos, editing them was a whole task Now there’s a lot less to edit, so I’m so happyㅜㅜ hooray hooray Especially my mom was against the surgery, saying I was touching a perfectly fine face again, but after seeing my face now, she says it’s much better than before,,, lol After my first surgery, I was really stressed because my nose looked long, but now that my nose has become completely shorter, my face even looks smallerㅜㅜㅜ The area where the autologous costal cartilage was taken still has a clear scar, but there’s no pain and nothing uncomfortable For those who had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, how did you manage the scar.,.? I do have the ointment the hospital gave me, but I was wondering if there’s a better method besides this
