I got thigh extraction injections at Pladen Plastic Surgery, and they worked well for me, so I get them regularly once or twice a year! I haven't had any particular side effects, and once before I had a slight indentation in the thigh fat, but that disappeared quickly over time. The procedure itself doesn't hurt that much either! They insert a small needle and inject the medication, and I was just lying there using my phone.
