I had non-implant rhinoplasty + hump nose correction + nasal tip surgery + osteotomy + functional nose surgery. After one month, my nasal congestion disappeared, and at first, when washing my face, my nasal tip felt firm and awkward, but after getting somewhat used to it, it was okay. It still doesn’t have the straight-line look I wanted, but... once the swelling goes down a bit more, the director said he would put in a small amount of filler, so I’m not worried.
