It’s been a year and a half since fat-dissolving injections for my thighs and buttocks

Starting last March, I got 8 sessions of fat-dissolving injections at U Line Clinic for my thighs and the area under my buttocks. I think I went once every 1-2 weeks. My thigh circumference went from 53 cm at first to a final 50 cm after all the injections and after the swelling went down, so it decreased by 3 cm.... I was also prescribed fat-dissolving medication, and at least 4 days a week I controlled my diet with tofu or protein supplements in the morning and evening.. but the effect wasn’t as dramatic as I expected Maybe it’s because I didn’t exercise hard enough..... Getting the injections themselves didn’t hurt that much and was tolerable, but.... When I exercised and dieted that strictly, I’ve gotten about the same circumference even without the injections before... so I don’t think I’ll bother getting them again. Now, a year and a half later, my thigh circumference is back to 53 cm.... I’m going to start exercising and controlling my diet again If you’re going to get fat-dissolving injections, I think exercise is essential. I followed the diet well and drank a lot of water too... but I’m a case that didn’t really see results
