The price is expensive, and since it hasn’t been long since they opened, there aren’t many cases, so I’m worried.

You need to organize your questions before going to get anything out of it. It seemed like there was a staff call button(?). Their hand went under the desk, then during the conversation a staff member came in and just stood there blankly, so I just didn’t ask all my questions. Autologous costal cartilage was recommended. Personally, I didn’t want to have surgery there.

In person, the consultant was kind. It seemed like a different person from the one who answered the phone. I thought it was a relief that they were kind. But I wasn’t drawn to the director’s consultation. They showed me Photoshop edits, but I wondered whether it would really come out like that. Donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage was recommended. They said there was an event price, so the price was okay.
