I think it’s true that you absolutely have to make it dramatic. I asked the hospital where I had my first surgery to make it look natural, but not only was my bulbous nose not corrected, there was no difference after surgery at all, ha;; Rather than continuing to be stressed like this, I think it would be better to hurry and get revision surgery. I looked into ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, ㅁㅈ, and ㅇㅍㄹㅅ, but if there are other places that are good at bulbous noses, let me know.
