I've gotten fat-dissolving injections at many different places. More than half had no effect, and in the end my conclusion is that with fat-dissolving injections, the answer is to keep getting them until you find a clinic whose ingredients and formulation suit you.
I'll only list my top 3 in terms of effectiveness. I'll write in a clipped style ㅎ
1. Ryu Clinic in Gwangjin-gu A clinic that does no advertising at all, but always has lots of people. While working at a company, it was hard to even book an evening appointment, and even if I got one there was a lot of waiting.. When getting one injection session, they inject evenly all over the body, and it doesn't hurt at all. The effect appears immediately from the first session. Even if I don't drink a lot of water, the fat just comes off. Even if I don't take the prescribed medication, it comes off.. You can receive it in a private room, and everyone at the clinic is kind. A mysterious injection with no swelling at all.
2. Apgujeong Coco Plastic Surgery Clinic I think egg injections were popular for a while, and they also have body egg injections. Here, you don't get injected with a syringe but with needles, and it feels a little stiff when the solution goes in, but it doesn't hurt like Sangsang Clinic. It isn't a large-volume injection, but since it swells as much as the amount injected, they do all the post-procedure care with bandages. Even with one session, once the solution is absorbed, the effect appears right away within a week. This is the clinic that gave me those nostalgic upper-arm days when my arms got so thin that people told me to gain some weight.
3. Gangnam 12 Clinic near Gangnam Station A clinic famous for lifting, so it is always busy with lifting patients, but I stubbornly receive body injection procedures there among them. Injections with steroids definitely have a good effect. The syringe is unique, but it doesn't hurt. No swelling either. Because the injection basically contains a botulinum toxin component, the size decreases more, but once the botulinum toxin effect period passes, the size increases a little because of muscle. Also, because I have a lot of muscle in the front thighs, there are times when they additionally perform botulinum toxin injections, and that injection really hurts. Tears well up. Before the procedure, you have to say you won't get separate botulinum toxin injections. Otherwise, they suddenly give botulinum toxin injections, and it hurts like hell.
