Consultation reviews for my first eye surgery in my 30s, I can’t choose

I spent my 20s without even 1 thought about plastic surgery, but after turning 30, I decided I should do it, so I belatedly researched online and went around to consultations... I’m still thinking about it. Should I go to more places..

1. ㄱㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery, Director ㄱㅇㅈ Consultation fee: 10,000 won Details: As I remember, they took about 3 DSLR photos of my face from the front, repeatedly with my eyes closed and open, then put those photos up and proceeded with the consultation. When I said I didn’t want an incisional method, they mentioned a combo? combi? named by this hospital. They said it is a surgery that incises only the end part. They said I need medial epicanthoplasty because of epicanthal folds. They set each line one by one and showed me directly how it looked. They said my eye-opening strength is good and that I don’t need ptosis correction. Since I was listening intently, I wrinkled the area between my eyebrows, and they cautiously and pleasantly asked whether the consultation was uncomfortable. The cost was the cheapest among the 4 places. The consultant was also kind and told me to think about it and contact them.

2. ㄱㅇ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅊㅎㅊ Consultation fee: 11,000 won (VAT added for card payment) Details: This was the place where the consultation with the director and manager ended super quickly. My appointment was at 10 a.m., and I waited about 10 to 15 minutes? before going in. As soon as I sat down, they asked what I wanted and tried making a line. They also mentioned medial epicanthoplasty, and said partial incision + medial epicanthoplasty. After that, honestly, I don’t remember the explanation in detail.. When consulting with the manager, they recommended a brow lift to me. Since I was writing things down while listening, they laughed and said the director’s experience is what matters, not the price. I was just trying to write down all the information.. because I won’t remember...

3. ㅈㅅㅌ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅊㅎㄱ Consultation fee: 10,000 won Details: Compared with the previous hospitals, the consultation manager was very kind. They asked various things, like which other hospitals I had visited, and asked what those places had told me, recording everything on the consultation chart. There was no one on the 1st floor, but when I went to the floor with the examination rooms, there were many people, and the director’s consultation appointments were a bit backed up, so I waited about 15 minutes. When I went in, the director asked what I wanted, so I said I open my eyes with my forehead. The director measured my eyes, the distance between my eyes? and various things with a ruler, then said that at a glance it may look like I open my eyes well, but that is not the case, and mentioned ptosis correction. When I said incision no no, they said they could match it to what the patient wants and explained the difference between buried suture and incision methods. After hearing that, I said yes yes to incision. When I told them about the consultations at the previous hospitals, they talked about a forehead lift and said they do not recommend it right now. They said it depends case by case on the degree of skin sagging after surgery, and if needed, they recommend doing it later. I remember the consultation chart definitely said incision + ptosis correction... So the manager emphasized once more that incision was definitely/absolutely necessary.. The director explained calmly and clearly. The manager wanted me to book surgery that day, but since I had to visit another place, I said I would think about it. The manager gave me a business card and asked me to contact them separately. The price was the highest. This was the only place I visited where the consultation order was manager -> director -> manager.

4. ㄱㅎㅅ Plastic Surgery, Director ㄱㅎㅅ Consultation fee: 5,000 won Details: I remember waiting about 10 to 15 minutes. When I entered the director’s office, they asked what I wanted. I said I open my eyes with my forehead. They told me to push my hair back with a headband and take off my mask. After that, while making the line, they numbered things 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and explained them. I don’t remember exactly, but I think it was something like 1. clearer eyes 2. incisional ptosis correction 3. left-right asymmetry 4. medial epicanthoplasty 5. forehead Botox ... Anyway, they didn’t even mention buried suture to me.. They mentioned incisional ptosis correction. They asked if I had anything else I was curious about, and when I said no, they explained the incision method. Oh? Afterward, I waited about 10 minutes for the manager consultation, and the manager was pleasant. They said the director is meticulous and strict. Postoperative care was the most thorough here. They said they always have patients come in the day after surgery. The price was average.

I really can’t choose.
