First of all, I have small eyes and a wide distance between my eyebrows, which are my complexes, so I went around to 3 places first for double eyelid surgery and front canthoplasty. Since this is my first surgery, I’m worried a lot, so please help me decide.
ㅇㄹㅈ (Dr. ㄱㅇㅅ) - Recommended quick buried double-eyelid surgery; did not really recommend front canthoplasty *Other hospitals all recommended incisional surgery because my eyelids are on the thicker side, but this was the only place that recommended buried sutures - The consultation seemed to end the fastest. They didn’t push a deposit or anything else, and basically didn’t say much - If the buried sutures come loose or anything like that, aftercare for 10 years - Surgery time: 20 minutes for buried sutures
ㅈㅅㅌ (Dr. ㅊㅎㄱ) - Incisional double-eyelid surgery + fat removal, front canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, ptosis correction *There was a slight feeling of over-treatment, and the price was the highest as well - Some pressure to pay a deposit - The consultation was thorough - Aftercare for 1 year - Surgery time: 2.5 to 3 hours
ㄷㅇㅇ (Dr. ㅊㅈㅎ) - Incisional double-eyelid surgery, front canthoplasty (but they said it is effectively upper canthoplasty), ptosis correction *I also lost a bit of interest here because they recommended ptosis correction right away, but it was still a bit unclear.. - Unlike the two hospitals above, this was the only large hospital - The consultation was thorough - Some pressure to pay a deposit - Surgery time: 1 to 1.5 hours - Aftercare for 1 year
Actually I did look at one more place, but I left it out because when they were setting the crease, they seemed way too careless, so I just gave up on it and didn’t write it down. Personally, I’m torn between 1 and 3, so please tell me which seems betterㅜ
