I really have almost no nasal bridge at all, but since I keep getting inflammation, I think it might be because of the silicone implant,,, Could I do it without an implant? I heard you need to have some degree of nasal bridge for implant-free surgery to be possible… At this point, I’m not even hoping for a high, pretty nose. I think I’d just be grateful if it could look normal
