Rhinoplasty is love~

Following my forehead lift review from last time, I’m posting a rhinoplasty review. I had functional rhinoplasty at the same time, with silicone on the bridge, donated costal cartilage at the nasal tip, and surgery for a bulbous nose too. I’m the case where both cosmetic and functional issues were addressed at once haha. One more thing I gained from my rhinoplasty! I was stressed because my gums showed when I smiled normally and my mouth looked protruded, but they corrected that too, so my satisfaction seems to have gone up a hundredfold.. They said that if you do philtrum muscle dissection? the strength of the philtrum muscles weakens and the philtrum rises slightly. They also said the mouth would look a bit more set back, so I had the philtrum-nose procedure too, and this is really an amazing surgery. The nose is one thing, but once the philtrum went up, my mouth looks less protruded and my gums don’t show either My mom keeps staring because she says it’s fascinating, and I think this made my surgical satisfaction even higher. I went to consultations at both large hospitals and small-to-mid-sized hospitals without discrimination, and I’m living with so much gratitude toward the doctors who truly recommended only the surgeries I needed and operated in a customized way~
