I’ve developed something near the inner corners of my eyes, not sure if it’s wrinkles or skin, so I feel like I’ll need medial epicanthoplasty when I get double eyelid surgery this time. But I really hate scars and anything looking obvious If I ask them to open it just a little, will they only do a tiny amount so it doesn’t show...????? If there’s a place that does it naturally and well, please recommend it
