The reason I decided to have surgery here after getting a consultation at the clinic was that while I was receiving the consultation, I was scribbling notes by hand in my notebook, and the director matched the consultation to what I was writing. For the parts I didn’t know or didn’t understand, he didn’t get annoyed and kept smiling while explaining everything over and over. He also drew a line that suited me, and if there was a line that didn’t suit me, he explained why it wasn’t possible without making me feel bad, so I felt I could trust having surgery here and scheduled it right away. But wow, going around for consultations was so exhausting..... Maybe because I went to consultations over 4 days haha;;;;;
