Overall, they were neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly, but I liked that the director explained everything very proactively. When I said I wanted implant-free surgery, they suggested using costal cartilage (they said my septal cartilage is a little insufficient) and said a little ear cartilage would also be needed. I have a very slight hump, but they said not to refine it and just raise the tip. They also didn’t recommend alar reduction for now and felt like they only recommended what was necessary, but the price was expensive, and I’m hesitating because of using costal cartilage.
2. ㅂㅌㅇ (single-doctor clinic) - Had a CT scan and there was no consultation fee. It was more businesslike than ㅇㅇㅂ, and they advised against costal cartilage. They recommended septal cartilage + ear cartilage, osteotomy was optional, and they recommended alar reduction. They seemed to prefer a less dramatic look than ㅇㅇㅂ, and the price was similar to ㅇㅇㅂ, but there is a discount if you register a review on a plastic surgery app. Something feels a bit ambiguous, so I’m still thinking about it.
