I had it removed at the same hospital where I had my previous surgery There were no side effects, but the silicone bothered me and I ended up treating my nose like something overly precious So I think I had it removed after about 5 years? since the surgery. Actually, there wasn’t a big change from the front anyway... haha I think they removed the silicone and the implant at the nasal tip, except for the nasal tip tying? My memory is a bit hazy though... I thought I should remove it while there was no inflammation, and I’m satisfied now haha
