Even though I had consultations at several places, I was nervous, so I was trembling. But they listened carefully to what I said and thought it through with me, so I relaxed a lot during the consultation. Seeing the director explain things in a friendly and detailed way gave me a lot of trust.
Since I’m not a doctor, it was hard for me to explain exactly how many types of surgery I needed or which parts of my face were the problem. After getting estimates from several hospitals, I only realized roughly, “I guess my face needs this many types of surgery,” but I don’t think I felt certain whether having that surgery would really give me the image I wanted. But at Sures, the director first asked me what kind of atmosphere and facial impression I wanted after surgery. I’m not very good at explaining, so I think I described the image I wanted very vaguely, but the director understood exactly and pointed out only the surgeries most necessary for my face, so I was satisfied.
They also explained the surgical methods suited to the image I wanted very specifically, and the director carefully checked and explained the medically difficult parts too.
The surgical result is natural, without feeling excessive. Rather than the overall shape of my facial contour changing dramatically, my image really changed a lot. I feel like I got closer to the image I wanted, so I’m satisfied with the surgical result too.
