It’s been quite a while since the surgery, so I don’t have photos from that time, so I’m posting before-and-after selfies together. I had functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery done together, and at the time I said I didn’t care if it looked obvious, I just wanted it to be glamorous and pretty no matter what. To give my review first, I think my satisfaction is about half and half. It’s true that it looks better than before surgery, but the overall shape feels a bit more like a slightly upturned curved nose than a straight masculine nose... More than anything, it looks fine from the side, but from the front it doesn’t look that high. So I’m considering just having nasal osteotomy done separately.
