It was revision surgery for a bulbous nose, and I didn't use any implant separately, just redid things like tying the ear cartilage. The doctor clearly told me what could and couldn't be done, and my nostril wings did get a bit smaller than before. I had it done together with nostril reduction~ I have no regrets!! I'm satisfied! The doctor clearly said, 'This can be done, this can't be done,' and the swelling kept going down until 1 year, apparently. Now I'm satisfied!
