I had incisional surgery in 2018 and it came undone, then had revision surgery in 2019 and it came undone again, so I called and they said I’d have to pay and that there was nothing they could do~ I’m left with only awful scars~~ I’m so upset~~~~ When I go, I basically wait 3 hours by default, and after waiting like that, the director I finally meet finishes the consultation in less than 10 minutes, then I wait again, I’m going crazy~~~
