I had a sunken eyelid on one eye and a slightly retruded chin. I did a ton of online research for a hospital specializing in fat grafting, and the place I went to was Duhan... During the consultation, the director didn’t seem to have much motivation or sincerity, so I thought, ah, this doesn’t seem right... but I had to get it done within my limited visit schedule in Korea, so I just did it the same day. Since it was a hospital specializing in fat grafting, I vaguely trusted that even if the doctor was like that, his skills would be good. This was my third time getting fat grafting, and it was the first time my bruising was this severe and lasted this long. I couldn’t go outside for 2 weeks, and after that I had to go around wearing heavy makeup and a hat. Because of that, I lost a lot of my Korea schedule. If only the graft survival had been good, it wouldn’t have been a major problem, but after 6 months, my eye went back exactly to how it was before, and my chin feels like only about 10% survived. Here, you also have to pay for the second round. Doesn’t that mean they’re confident in the first-round survival rate? I don’t even want to do the second round. I’m so upset because it feels like I completely wasted my money.
Conclusion - The bruising is too severe and lasts too long. Eyelid graft survival rate 0%. Chin about 10%. You have to pay for the second round (50%). Would you pay money and get a second round while carrying bruises for 2 weeks? Don’t go here for fat grafting.
