Nose Surgery Reviews

Clinic

First of all, I wanted a place that does natural-looking work, so I looked into all implant-free options. First: ㅅㄱ Plastic Surgery Clinic :The director was very kind and consulted with me while touching my nose. Since I wanted something natural, he said he would only lift the nasal tip slightly, and after opening it up, if my septal cartilage was weak, he would use ear cartilage; if it could be raised with septal cartilage alone, he would do that. Second: ㅊㅇ Plastic Surgery Clinic :I didn’t designate a specific director here, but they said there was a director well known for implant-free surgery, so they connected me with that person. Looking on Gangnam Unni, many people had received treatment from that director. (It was Director ㅂㅇㄱ.) This person also explained lifting the nasal tip similarly to the previous clinic. I wanted a smooth nose shape, but since I also have a dorsal hump, they said if they shaved that down and lifted the nasal tip, it would not come out smoothly. They mentioned using material from behind the ear, pleura? or muscle, and said that if they layered one sheet of that over the nasal bridge, the height would go up slightly and that would be good. But the director I consulted with at ㅅㄱ had previously worked at ㅊㅇ before moving! So I think that’s why the consultation content was similar. Third: ㅇㅇㅂ Plastic Surgery Clinic (English name!) :This was the only place that took a CT scan, and they consulted with me while looking at the CT. They said I have severe rhinitis and septal deviation, so if I have insurance, I could get it all covered, and that it would be good to do functional rhinoplasty together. For the cosmetic part, I said I was scared of silicone and didn’t want to use it, but they said many people are like me at first, yet when it’s done naturally, it doesn’t look like they had surgery, so many people end up dissatisfied. Since it’s best to finish rhinoplasty in one surgery, they said it would be good to use just a little on the nasal bridge area.

Honestly, I think they were all good The second clinic’s behind-the-ear muscle? is something I’ve never heard of, but it seems like they’re trying to use material I already have, so I’m leaning toward the second one. Which clinic would be best to choose
