Please Look, Seniors. Nose Swelling at One Month

I had a nasal bridge, so I only had osteotomy, and for the nasal tip I used autologous costal cartilage only, with no implant. I heard that my septal support was weak, so they built it with autologous costal cartilage. It has been one month, but there still seem to be a lot of dissolvable stitches inside, and after about half a day, small amounts of thin discharge collect and dry, hardening like boogers. (It’s not inflammation, right? There’s no heat sensation and no pain when I’m just still.) Also, if I press gently on the area marked with the arrow, there is pain somewhere between the columella at the nasal tip and the ceiling of the nose? (It’s okay when I don’t touch it.) The side view is somewhat better, but the front view is too bulky.

To get to the point, has anyone had a lot of swelling even after more than one month and then had it go down? Most people say the major swelling is all gone by one monthㅜㅜ I wanted a slim nose and had the consultation and surgery for that, but if this isn’t swelling and the surgery just turned out like this, I think I’ll need revision surgery.
