After the CSAT, I had it done without knowing much at a place near my home where someone I knew had gone (outside Seoul). The result was obvious sausage-like eyelids + mucosal eversion + asymmetry + severe scarring.. Because of the asymmetry, I had the right side corrected again, but it didn’t improve at all. And when I had the revision, the doctor/consultant’s attitude wasn’t that good either.. They were really kind when I first had it done, but then completely changed. Now I’ve had revision surgery somewhere else and it’s gotten a bit better (but the slight sausage look, unevenness, and scars haven’t improved..ㅠ) I think you really have to research carefully before getting it done the first time.. And I had hoped the swelling would keep going down each year, but I learned that it mostly stays the same after about the 1-year mark... Next time I’m going to research properly before doing itㅠ
