When I got the first session, it started to show after about a week, and before that it didn’t really show much. By around 2 weeks, it was a bit lighter? I don’t think one session has much effect, but I still think it would be good to get about 5 sessions! There wasn’t really any separate recovery right after the procedure, so you can go about daily life!
