Would it be a gamble to do it in a regional area....? Even the most famous and busiest place where I live doesn't have much information when I search for it here I'm already stressed about how I would go back and forth to Seoul.... The areas with lots of plastic surgery clinics are also around Gangnam, so I'd have to take a bus.. sigh
