It’s already day 17 since I had fat extraction injections in my thighs! The swelling and bruising had gone all the way down to my ankles, but now the bruising has faded a lot. I think the swelling is still there haha Maybe because my lumpiness was pretty bad, it hurt, so I was walking kind of half-heartedly, and up until day 10 it was hard to walk fast. But the clinic said that to loosen the lumpiness, I actually needed to walk often, so I forced myself to walk, and it really did loosen up a lot and get better!! But since I have to work, I chose a procedure that supposedly doesn’t need a recovery period. Is this normal for procedures too?? It doesn’t interfere much with daily life, but I wondered if I’m the only one who had trouble walking for this long!ㅠㅠ Even a procedure is like this, so I wonder what actual liposuction surgery would be likeㅠㅠㅠㅠ Anyway, I had 3 areas done: front, inner, and outer. Doesn’t it already look like the front thigh has gone in a little?! When I went to the clinic this time, they said my weight was the same but my thigh circumference had gone down by 1 cmㅎㅎㅎ Since I’m an office worker, I can’t go perfectly on schedule, but I’ll still do my best to go! I’ll also diet and exercise so I can slim down quickly!! Please cheer me on a lot!!!
