Sharing my consultation reviews for bulbous nose / nostril reduction~~
1. Sinnonhyeon ㄷㅌㅁ / Director ㅎㅈㅅ Recommended nasal tip cartilage tying + nostril reduction (non-incisional) + internal incision The director seems to be famous for non-incisional nostril reduction. He looked quite elderly. The consultant who counseled me was also a bit older, and she analyzed well how certain parts of my face could look better. The consultant gave a very detailed consultation. No consultation fee. The inside of the clinic was not very clean. On a weekday afternoon, about four or five people were waiting.
2. Apgujeong ㅇㄴㅁㄷ / Director ㅇㅇㅁ Clean and quiet interior atmosphere. The consultant was friendly and explained things in detail. The director had a somewhat chic style. It seems they mainly do bulbous nose surgery, and they seem to have their own design analysis / surgical approach that differs from other clinics. Recommended ear cartilage for the nasal tip (closed approach) + nostril reduction via internal alar incision (closed approach) + lifting alar drooping via external alar incision (not reducing the nostrils through an external incision in order to minimize incision) + straightening curvature of the alar rim (thread) + columellar cartilage grafting (closed approach). The price is on the higher side compared with other clinics. Consultation fee 10,000 won.
3. Sinnonhyeon ㄹㅂㄹ / Director ㅇㅅㅇ Since my nostrils are not wide, he recommended not doing nostril reduction and only improving the blunt feeling of the nasal tip by raising the nose. The clinic is spacious and clean. The staff/director were extremely kind, and during the consultation, the director explained things very thoroughly and spent a lot of time. Consultation fee is 10,000 won, and it did not feel wasted at all.
