Review of My Third Eye Revision Surgery

Before<Before surgery>After<After surgery>Review at 3 weeks after my third revision surgery

Existing problems: sausage-like double eyelid, asymmetrical lines, sleepy-looking eyes, left eyeball pain and headaches caused by ptosis correction during the revision surgery, epicanthoplasty scar

After both my first surgery and revision surgery failed, I lived for years under the stress and pain caused by complications, then finally made up my mind and looked into surgery again this time.

I had upper canthoplasty + ptosis correction + double-line correction + incisional double eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Park Jong-cheol at the clinic. From the consultation, I was somehow drawn to him, and I felt an energy from the doctor that made me think, this is the place. The confidence he showed did not feel like empty words; it gave me a sense of trust. The friend who went to consultations with me felt the same way. I canceled all the consultations I had scheduled afterward.

I set the surgery date on the day of the consultation, but even afterward I still had a lot of worries, so I went for another consultation. Now that I’ve had the surgery, I’m very satisfied. During surgery, he also carefully checked by having me open and close my eyes repeatedly.

During my first surgery and revision surgery, I had pain at the surgical site and numbness, so it felt like it wasn’t my own skin, and I also had severe bruising. This time, my sensation is intact, bruising is only slight, and swelling is on the lower side.

It will be more accurate once the swelling goes down, but I’m really satisfied because most of the problems from the previous surgeries have improved. There is still scarring from the existing line and some swelling, so I hope the swelling goes down quickly and the scar improves too!
