When removing nose implants, does the nose shape often end up somewhere between the surgically altered nose and the original nose?

Not the height, but when viewed from the front, in terms of the degree of spreading of the nose shape, is it often similar to the original nose, or does it often end up somewhere between the surgically altered nose and the original nose?

Will I regret getting nose surgery?
