I researched a lot in this community too before doing it. From the start, I only wanted square jaw surgery, and I wanted it to look natural. I didn’t want something like a V-line; I wanted to do only the square jaw properly, so I figured bone surgery should be done at a place that specializes in it, and I chose an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic. The reason I chose this place was that compared with other places, people seemed less swollen right after surgery, so I thought the director must be good at surgery. As expected, I also had less swelling, and the surgery turned out as much as I wanted, so I’m satisfied!!
After surgery I lost weight and then gained it again, so I have fat around my jaw and it doesn’t show that much, but when I wear a hat, I know it lol. I think once I lose weight again, my facial line will show well. At first I thought square jaw surgery was scary, but now I feel like I’ve almost fully recovered (I think from around 2 weeks, it felt like I had recovered lol) I’m very satisfied that the angular square jaw is no longer there.
