I was watching Netflix, but I really had nothing to do, so I’m scribbling this haha On Thursday the 14th, I had 2 facial contouring procedures (square jaw, chin tip), forehead reduction, and fat grafting to the anterior cheeks and nasolabial folds
My forehead is really wide and my face is on the long side. Other people say it looks fine, but it’s honestly such a complex for me Some people say I can cover it with bangs, but when you look at photos with my bangs down, what am I supposed to do about my forehead Honestly, only people with wide foreheads can understand.. Anyway, when I went for the consultation, after taking a CT scan for the contouring, they said my nerve line was on the close side, so I shouldn’t expect a huge dramatic effect. But since I was doing it anyway, doing it together with forehead reduction would make my face look shorter, so I did them together. My face also doesn’t have much volume, so I had liposuction from the inner thighs and did facial fat grafting too
First, the review from the day of surgery!! I was originally planning to be hospitalized after surgery, but I felt better than expected, so I went straight home! I’m more comfortable at home.. Aside from my throat being a little scratchy, after some time passed, my condition was better than I expected At first I was really scared and super nervous, but after the anesthesia I don’t remember anything haha.. When I came to after surgery, my mouth didn’t open well and I sounded slurred when speaking. Aside from my throat feeling scratchy and uncomfortable because of the anesthesia, nothing was extremely painful or anything. After surgery, I came out with a facial compression band and something like gauze on my face, but there wasn’t much swelling..?
But after a day passed and I woke up, my face was puffed up.. The director said I’d swell more starting the day after surgery than on the surgery day, and the director was right By day 3, I’m even more swollen The scratchiness in my throat is the same, and the pain is tolerable. I have absolutely no pain around my forehead and nothing uncomfortable there Overall everything is fine, but my lower lip is so swollen that it’s uncomfortable I bought a baby-weaning rubber spoon, but even that is hard to put in my mouth큐 It was hard to get food into my mouth, so I gave up while eating thin rice gruel, just drank a lot of water, took my medicine, and slept a lot, so maybe that’s why I can’t sleep at dawn haha.. Maybe it’s because I slept well, or maybe because I had fat grafting, but I feel like my skin got better I hope time passes quickly and all the swelling goes down
