I also had cosmetic nose surgery along with treatment for severe rhinitis, and because the hump was extremely high I thought silicone might look strange, so I went with no implant, but this.. I had a lot of the hump shaved down and even had osteotomy, but from the front my nose looks spread out and the height of the nose on both sides is different, so it looks odd.
