Glam, MD, UBA I went to all of them, and besides this community, I looked around other communities too and narrowed it down to places people often go to for revision surgery
First, the reason for my revision surgery is dissatisfaction with the size.. Without knowing anything, for my first surgery I had 400 cc Mentor Smooth implants put in, and I’m satisfied with the breast surgery itself, but because they’re too big, it feels like I can’t handle them myself?? I got stretch marks too and maybe they didn’t match my rib cage itself, because they looked like rice bowls.. I guess that shape can happen if you put in too much The one relief is that there were no findings like capsular contracture or rupture, and they said if I reduce the size, my shoulder pain and things like that would get much better

Glam, UBA = one representative director -Glam said the director has a doctorate in breast surgery + plastic surgery, so the system is that the director handles surgery and ultrasound all at once -UBA’s system was that the representative director, a plastic surgery specialist, does the consultation and ultrasound, while a breast surgery specialist separately does the breast-side examination
MD = two directors -They have a separate breast surgery specialist who does things like ultrasound exams, but the representative director who performs the surgery was also a surgery specialist

Consultation details
Glam -The director said it was too big as soon as they saw the photos -They asked why I had gone so big and said I even got stretch marks, so I absolutely had to go much smaller.. They weren’t scolding me, but it felt like I was being scolded -It’s a place where the consultant takes the photos directly, so I took off the gown, and from then on they kept saying it was too big,,, I got upset and said all kinds of things, and they listened to everything and comforted me... They said a lot of patients like this come in, and you shouldn’t get tempted by places that just make them big no matter what They said I was lucky it stopped at stretch marks, and if I’d even gotten capsular contracture, I would have suffered more.. -If I do revision surgery, I need general anesthesia, and if I want, hospitalization is possible, but they said it would hurt much less than the first surgery -Lifetime AS guarantee -Full CCTV recording (they said the operating room is that clean) -There were no review conditions, and it was strictly fixed-price +They said the reason the director sets sizes conservatively is because everyone comes for revision surgery saying their size is too big like me and asking to reduce it.. Seems like that’s how much people look for this place for revision surgery.. When I looked at real-patient photo reviews, the before-and-after difference was huge, and when they made them smaller, they really looked like real breasts and were pretty.. Seeing that made me regret it so hard, but it’s already too late, what can I do
MD -The director was kind and tried to explain things in detail, but they spoke too fast and the pronunciation was unclear, so I understood half and didn’t understand half.. It was kind of like that (no hard feelings!! The director is on the kind side) -They touch to check breast movement and skin texture, so the undressed time is relatively long; anyone who needs to know, keep that in mind -The consultant had a chic + elegant + calm vibe and explained things very well from beginning to end. They were kind too -Lifetime AS -CCTV is not disclosed, and they said they record the beginning/middle of the surgery on an iPad, show it later in the recovery room, and delete it -There were no review conditions, but if you reserved that day, I think they included the pre-op examination fee
UBA -I think the director consultation was okay. The speech and attitude were about appropriately kind -The consultant was also kind, but I don’t think anything stood out in particular. It just felt like a consultation -I think there was a bit of waiting on-site, and what was unusual was that Sebbin wasn’t among the implants -For AS, if side effects occur within 1 year, anesthesia and actual expense costs occur; after 2 years, 50 percent of the surgery fee is charged -CCTV real-time observation was possible upon request -Oh, I heard they have a limousine service that takes you home after surgery!
Broadly, I think they differed by cc diagnosis / CCTV / AS period After having breast surgery once, I think it’s better for the AS period to be lifetime..?? Looking at other reviews, there are many people who suddenly developed capsular contracture 10 years after surgery, and you really don’t know what will happen.. And when they took photos and put my breasts up on the monitor, I seriously wanted to grab the first hospital doctor by the collar over how they diagnosed the cc amount. The things that stressed me out even in the mirror were even more visible from a third-person view The hospital consultants comforted me too.. sigh Seriously, everyone, don’t carelessly go too big
I can’t have surgery this year anyway, and I think I’ll do it early next year, so I’m planning to get it done somewhere with lifetime AS and fully open CCTV People around me say there’s no problem, so why do revision surgery, wasn’t I the one who got surgery because I was greedy, don’t waste money, but I think they’re saying that because they really don’t know... Nobody understands me So I vented here.. In case there’s anyone thinking of doing consultation footwork at these three places for revision surgery like me, I wrote this long..

+) This is just something I’m saying, when you go around to consultations, if possible don’t drive your own car… Traffic was so bad I thought I’d die of frustration. If you can use public transportation, use it. They’re all near subway stations anyway
