<My nose looks like this!!>I wanted to get nose surgery, so I joined a community for the first time, joined a Naver cafe, downloaded other apps too, and searched around as best as I could, but there were so many clinics and it took forever just to make a consultation list ㅠㅠ
There were about 20 places I wanted to visit, but in the end I went to 9 consultations. I think I went to clinics from apps, cafes, and recommendations from acquaintances of acquaintances that were supposedly pretty famous in their own way, but every clinic said something different. One place said I had a small nose, another said I had a big, long nose, one place said as soon as they saw me that my skin was thin (I do have thin skin), and another said my skin wasn't thin, so my head almost started spinning!!!
My nose has a hump, the tip droops, and the nasal bridge is neither low nor high. My skin is on the thin side, enough that some blood vessels show through around the hump area.
At first, since I was getting nose surgery anyway, I wanted a dramatic and definitely high nose!!! But they said my skin is thin and there isn't much laxity for the philtrum area to be pulled, so even if it can be made high right now, complications could happen, and they can't make it big and dramatic, so I shouldn't be greedy.. so I gave up my greed!!
Anyway, in the end, the place I liked said we should shave the hump + place functional dermis (in case the hump shows through) + use donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage (my hump is big but my septal cartilage is too small) + ear cartilage if the nasal tip is lacking, so I'm going to book here. I haven't even booked yet but I'm nervous ㅠ I hope it goes well. I'm also wondering if it's right to get nose surgery when it's this scary, and my head is spinning ㅜ
