I have sunken eyes, and for my first surgery I had an incisional double-eyelid surgery with ptosis correction. They fixed it really deeply, saying it had to roll well inward into the double-eyelid fold, you know. The fixation is really deep, the line is high, and it’s undercorrected. If, in revision surgery, they incise along the existing line, release the fixation, and slightly redo the ptosis correction, would it improve a lot? Or would I need to lower the line with the two-line method too? I’m worried I’ll get a lot of scarring.
