Before<Before cheekbone surgery>Before<Before chin-tip surgery>After<After surgery>After<After surgery>After<After surgery>After<After surgery>I had cheekbone revision surgery and chin-tip surgery, and it turned out so well ㅠ It feels like just yesterday that I was riding an emotional roller coaster every day over the swelling, but it’s already been almost 3 months. During the consultation, since it was revision surgery, they said it might not be dramatic and told me not to have huge expectations for now lol Still, they said they would do their best to make it as pretty as possible, and the fact that they spoke honestly and plainly actually made me trust them. Before going in on surgery day, we had a consultation.. and they said they had been looking at my CT images for several days and thinking about them. I was grateful, and I felt that they really don’t treat patients carelessly, so I thought I had come to the right hospital. Based on my experience with my first cheekbone surgery, I had thought facial bone surgery was just a self-satisfaction surgery, but they really cleaned up the side cheekbone line that I hadn’t been satisfied with at the first hospitalㅠㅠ!! Honestly, as you can see in the photos, even after cheekbone surgery my cheekbones looked like that, so I was really sad, but I kept trying to convince myself to just live with it... I was like, I absolutely can’t do revision surgery, seriously... what if it gets even weirder? Then in the end, I did it. For the revision hospital, I was really, incredibly, very very careful and researched so hard. The stress was really huge... Thankfully, while doing the side cheekbones, they also noticed and refined the area around the 45-degree/front side that had been protruding asymmetrically, and I’m extremely satisfied!!!
I hope everyone’s first surgery goes well in one try so there’s no need for revision surgery:)
