I had cosmetic two-jaw surgery, and although it’s nice that my lower face became smaller, I ended up with some sensory damage and nasolabial folds, so I don’t really want to recommend it.. I think people with a protruding chin look much prettier aesthetically if they get it done, and for protruding mouth, unless you’re also getting orthodontic treatment and things like that, facial contouring just seems better
