<Before & after> After <clothing fit after surgery> The inner thigh fat that I could never manage, I wanted to say goodbye to them, and after living with them for who knows how many years, I don’t want to see them anymore. I’ve had all kinds of diet stories in my life. I tried signing up for PT too, and tried to do meal plans in my own way, I also tried a lot of that intermittent something, but!!! So what? Only my upper body kept losing weight, and even when I weighed myself, the number was clearly going down, but my thighs stayed the same. Now I really understand why everyone goes through the pain and gets liposuction. I felt it to the bone Things I can’t solve with my own effort just won’t work no matter what, I guess. Even after trying so many times, once I had surgery and just managed it a little afterward, the effect showed this quickly, so I should have done it sooner. Why did I make myself suffer like that? Since my thighs got slimmer, my weight dropped a lot too. From now on, I never want to see my old legs again. I won’t create a reason for that to happen either
