It’s revision double-eyelid surgery.. (buried-suture method, the inner corner side came undone, so the crease starts from the middle.. lol.)
I went for consultations and narrowed it down to two places, but I can’t decide. Both can do a semi-out line.
1. Clinic A Upper canthoplasty + natural adhesion, not the head doctor. During the doctor consultation, they didn’t ask me to lower my mask and just marked the eyelid line several times on my eyes.. Well... since they took photos, maybe that’s why they didn’t look? Even with an appointment, the wait was long..
2. Clinic B Upper canthoplasty + very slight epicanthoplasty + partial incision + natural adhesion, head doctor. During the consultation, they had me lower my mask and marked the line. They said they would also slightly remove fat from my upper eyelids while doing it, but said it seemed more like muscle than fat.. (my skin is slightly thick) Also, when you open the app, this clinic has tons of reviews and promotes itself like crazy lol Maybe because it was closing time, everyone really seemed to want to go home (I understand this) But there was a miscommunication, so another doctor came in and started the consultation, then the head doctor came back in lol (I’m worried they might do my surgery this disorganized too)
What I’m debating is natural adhesion vs partial incision. Because of that, if it’s non-incisional, it feels like it’ll come undone again, but they say partial incision can also come undone, just with a lower chance.. Or if both have a possibility of coming undone, I’m wondering whether I should do buried-suture again this time and then, 15 years later, do it one last time along with a lift.
