I went to 3 hospitals, and at ㅎㅂㄴ, they said the surgical method differs depending on the condition under the eyes, and the consultation was also different from the other 2 places.
At 2 places, I asked if it was okay since I have a lot of fat but it doesn’t protrude, and they said it was okay, or that doing it before it protrudes makes the surgery more perfect (they said that if it protrudes a lot, the change can be dramatic, but the level of completion is lower).
But ㅎㅂㄴ said that because I don’t have much fat, if they move the fat downward for repositioning, the area under my eyes could become hollow.
They said they would operate by only fixing the fat, without releasing the tear trough or reinforcing the septum,
and said something along the lines that touching the tear trough or reinforcing the septum is worse after 5 years.
There seem to be so many side effects of under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye hollowness that I feel like if I have surgery the ㅎㅂㄴ way, there probably won’t be any under-eye hollowness at all... but I couldn’t find reviews
Has anyone had surgery at ㅎㅂㄴ with the 2-step method?
