I have uneven eyes, with an inner double eyelid on only one eye.. I went to consultations at three clinics near Gangnam, but I still don’t really know which clinic is good ㅠㅠ
The line I want is a natural in-line double eyelid, with a height that is slightly visible when my eyes are open, starting from an inner double eyelid.. I emphasized to the consultant/doctor that I wanted natural adhesion.
ㄴㄴ - Director ㄱㅅㅈ: First consultation clinic Pros: The consultant was very kind, the director was kind too, and they said natural adhesion alone would probably be enough. Concern: Among the directors at the three clinics, this doctor has the fewest reviews online or on apps…
ㄷㅇㅇ - Director ㅎㅅㅎ: Second consultation clinic. They recommended natural adhesion and non-incisional ptosis correction. Pros: They designed the line the way I wanted, and they seemed confident. Concern: To be honest, ptosis correction was not a procedure I had been considering, so I was taken aback… After seeing posts about side effects and people advising against ptosis correction, I’m even more conflicted… Also, when designing the line, the other doctors had me take off my mask and looked at my overall face, but only the director at the second clinic designed the line while I was still wearing a mask, which bothers me a little…
ㅇㅁㄷ - Director ㄱㅅㅎ: Third consultation clinic. They recommended natural adhesion and non-incisional ptosis correction for only one eye… Pros: They seem to have a lot of expertise and experience with natural adhesion surgery! After looking at my eyes, they recommended ptosis correction on one eye because the opening strength of that eye is weaker than the other one, and after hearing it, it did make sense… Until now, I thought the other eye looked relatively sleepy because one eye had an inner double eyelid, but even when the same double eyelid line was created on the other eye, it still looked sleepy… Concern: The line the director designed did not suit my eyes ㅠㅠ
I feel like Director ㅎㅅㅎ at ㄷㅇㅇ might make my eyes closest to what I want, but I still can’t decide because of the ptosis correction…
Since I live outside Seoul, if I do more in-person consultations, I think I can only visit about two or three more places. Where should I go..? Would Director ㅇㅈㅇ at ㅇㅍ or Director ㅇㄱㅁ at ㅇㅂㅈ be okay..?
